Strengthening cooperation between universities, academies and enterprises in improving the quality of human resource training in Vietnam

Abstract

The article research cooperation between higher education institutions, academies and the business sector in Vietnam in the process of improving the quality of human resource training. On the basis of assessing the practical situation, the study identifiesthe achieved results, the remaining bottlenecks and their causes. From there, the author makes recommendations and orientations to improve the coordination mechanism, improve the essence and sustainability of association activities in the coming period. Through this approach, the paper emphasizes the strategic significance of the relationship between universities and businesses for the formation of a highly qualified workforce, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development, promoting the process of industrialization, modernization and strengthening Vietnam's international integration capacity.
