Abstract

The study identifies the separate
correlation between competition performance and
physical, technical, morphological, psychological
and functional factor each shown by Dong Thap
province shuttlecock players through three steps,
namely identifying the players’ competition
achievements, calculating single player’s score
for each criterion, calculating the average score
for each factor, and identifying the research
subject’s performance and finally calculating
the correlation coefficient between factors and
competition performance. The results show that
there is a relatively strong correlation between the
factors relating to the research subjects’s training
level and their competition performance because
all factors in both male and female players are
related to each other, with the correlation rate
being greater than 0.8.
