Abstract

Utilizing standard scientific research
methods in physical education and sports, this study
investigates the current state of extracurricular
training needs in the Vovinam martial art among
high school students in Thai Nguyen Province.
The research covers various aspects, including
the current state of extracurricular martial arts
training needs, the motivation and demand for
extracurricular Vovinam training, the conditions
that ensure the effectiveness of extracurricular
Vovinam training activities, and the availability
of coaches and instructors for extracurricular
Vovinam activities for high school students in
Thai Nguyen Province. The results serve as a
foundation for applying Vovinam in extracurricular
activities to promote physical development among
high school students in Thai Nguyen Province.
