Abstract

 By using interview methods and the
current situation of human resources in the tourism
business associated with sports in Quang Binh
province, it is shown that the quality of human
resources in the tourism business associated with
sports in Quang Binh province is still limited and
not synchronized between human resource groups
(accommodation, restaurants, tour guides, travel
agents, agents, transportation). Based on the
current situation, some issues need to be resolved
to promote tourism development associated with
sports in the province in the coming time.
