Abstract
Through research, both the theoretical
basis for selecting solutions and the practical
basis for choosing solutions were examined. The
study has identified four solutions to enhance the
quality of physical education for first-year students
in the Hospitality and Tourism program at Khanh
Hoa University. Additionally, the content of these
solutions was developed to improve the quality of
physical education for these students. The initial
application of these solutions has proven effective
for the target group
