Abstract
Based on theoretical and practical
foundations, and inheriting the current elective
sports program at the Academy of International
Relations - Ministry of Public Security, this
research has developed an elective course program
(Applied Swimming) for students at the Academy
of International Relations - Ministry of Public
Security. The post-experiment research results
showed improvements in all test scores, as well
as a significantly higher proportion of students
achieving better results compared to the current
teaching program, with a reliability level of p <
0.05.
