Abstract
Through the use of regular scientific
research methods in physical education and
sports, the study evaluates the current status
of extracurricular physical training and sports
activities of students at Tay Nguyen University
through Contents: Current status of extracurricular
sports practice; Motivation for extracurricular
sports activities; Current status of content, form,
and need to participate in extracurricular sports
training; Factors hindering extracurricular sports
practice. The research results are a practical
basis for building sports club models in schools.
At the same time, develop the movement of
extracurricular physical training for students at
Tay Nguyen University.
