Abstract

 In the study, regular sports research
methods were used to evaluate the needs of high
school students who want to join extracurricular
clubs in Ho Chi Minh City. Through research
results, it has been shown that the current situation
of the needs of high school students who wish to
join extracurricular clubs in Ho Chi Minh City still
has some limitations such as: Facilities for training
activities are lacking in both quality and quantity,
the club management board is not professional, the
coaching team is not highly professional, the tuition
fee is not appropriate, and sports events too few,
communication work is not effective. Therefore,
the research results serve as a basis for proposing
solutions to improve the operational efficiency of
extracurricular sports clubs in Ho Chi Minh City.
