Abstract
Using conventional research methods
and Realtime PCR technology for gene expression
analysis, the study analyzed the impact of training
on the expression levels of genes related to the
regulation of blood pressure, heart rate, and motor
neurons in national team Taekwondo athletes. The
results showed that the genes related to respiratory
regulation and cellular oxygen levels had three
genes with increased expression trends: EBHX1,
PPARD, and HBB; one gene, HIF1A, showed no
change.
