Abstract
Using conventional research methods in
Physical Education and Sports, the article selected
and applied 24 exercises in 3 groups to develop
speed strength for male soccer athletes aged 14 -
15 at the Youth Soccer Athlete Training Center of
the Ministry of Public Security. The results after
4 months of application showed the effectiveness
of the exercises in developing speed strength for
athletes.
