Abstract
Using conventional research methods
and Realtime PCR technology to analyze gene
expression, the study examined the impact of
training on the expression levels of genes related
to blood pressure regulation, heart rate, and motor
neurons in national Taekwondo team athletes. The
results showed that the group of genes associated
with energy regulation and cell proliferation had
three genes with increased expression levels:
PPARGC1A, LTBP4, and CFTR, while one gene,
SFTPB, showed no change in expression.
