Abstract

Abstract: Based on interviews with 80 leading
experts in the field of Physical Education, the
study identified 9 criteria capable of assessing the
volleyball learning ability of 30 students of the 39th
course of Physical Education who had completed
their fourth year and confirmed that the students’
volleyball learning ability was only average (5.78
points). To improve the volleyball learning ability
of students majoring in Physical Education at
Can Tho University; by interviewing experts, the
project selected 6 measures; at the same time,
those measures were applied in one semester for 60
students of the 41st course of Physical Education,
who are in their fourth year, and the results were
very positive with an average score of 8.12, which
is considered excellent.
