Abstract

In the time of changing to the credit-based
training system, official and extracurricular activities
in Physical education at the pedagogical schools in
the north central region are showing the lack of
combination and integration; the majority of
students do not do self-studies; imbalance between
self-training of students. While, the mechanism of
the physical education activities in the credit-based
training system has not activate students in the
extra-curricular activities of students.
The actual situation requires that the schools in
north central region need workable solutions to
make students' self-practice become their duty; to
make extracurricular activities become students'
condition to complete physical education courses.
