Abstract
Through scientific research methods, the study
screened 12 - 14 year-old teenagers of Vietnam.
The study contained 86 different movements which
screened the physical condition of the subjects.
The experiment was based in Tan Thinh school's
th, 7th and 8th graders and a total of 95 male
students took part in the experiment. The results
showed that the functional movement training had
a significant effect on the physical fitness of 12 - 14
year-old male students in Vietnam.
