After applying POMS questionnaire to measure
psychological state before examination of Dong
Nai traditional martial arts athlete. The study has
discovered the psychological state before the
competition between the male and female athletes
up to 36/40 that there is no difference (except the
expression of the melancholy; the spirit of
fullness; Confidence; Wrath) at the 95% probability
threshold. Showing the psychology before the
competition between male and female athletes,
Dong Nai traditional martial arts team has a high
similarity. As a basis for coaches to get better
psychological preparation for athletes to achieve
higher performance in competitions.
