Abstract

Through theoretical and practical research,
the research topic is about the physical education
of ThuongMai University, on that basis, the
research is to evaluate the state of physical fitness
of the first year students to select the appropriate
solutions which can be applied effectively in the
training to improve physical fitness for the first
year students at Thuong Mai University.
