Abstract

By using routine research methods of sociological
investigation, survey, interview, statistics... to
assess the situation of training on cognitive factors,
type of training, exercise duration, motivation to
participate in the exercise as well as affected factors
to the entertainment sport training and improving
health of people in the rural area.
