Abstract

Using basic scientific research
methods in physical training and sports, the
study has identified 16 criteria for selecting
swimmers aged 9 -10 at the Navy-National
Defense Physical Training and Sports Center
that contribute to enhancing the training
efficiency and competition performance of youngswimmers.
