Abstract
Through the use of scientific research
methods in sport and physical training, we have
identified 20 exercises to develop professional
endurance for male football team at the National
University of Laos. Selected exercises that were put
into practice during the 12-week training period for
the experimental male football team at the National
University of Laos shows a marked improvement in
ofessional endurance capacity in comparison the
control group at the statistical threshold of P < 0.05.
