Abstract

The evolution of educational reform has
set new requirements on the pedagogical capacity of
teachers. Renovating the training of physical education
and sports teachers at Hanoi National University of
Education 2 is an objective necessity. Research on
measures to develop pedagogical capacity for students
is an urgent need, on the one hand to overcome the
limitations arising in the training process, on the other
hand to meet the requirements of fundamentally and
comprehensively educational reform.
