Abstract
Using conventional scientific
research methods, through research: Theoretical
basis for selecting solutions, practical basis for
choosing research solutions, 05 solutions have
been selected to improve the quality of physical
education for students at the School of Foreign
Languages - Thai Nguyen University. The
application of the selected solutions in practice
and the effectiveness evaluation show that
the selected solutions were highly effective in
improving the quality of physical education for
the research subjects.
