Abstract
One of the solutions in the process of
reforming education in general and university
teaching today is to build learning resources
to serve the needs of learners. The process of
implementing this innovation requires teachers
and learners to have access to more learning
materials and resources to serve the process
of self-study and self-research. The research
results have established some basic solutions
to improve the demand for physical education
materials at Vietnam National University,
Hanoi
