Abstract
Using conventional scientific research
methods, the research has selected 14 physical
and technical assessment tests for female athletes
of the young female Taekwondo team in Khanh
Hoa province. Thereby assessing the changes in
physical and technical indicators of female athletes
of the young female Taekwondo team in Khanh
Hoa province after one year of training as a basis for
adjusting the training process for female athletes.
