Abstract

Through research methods in
physical training and sports, we have selected
and developed 06 solutions to improve the
effectiveness of training activities at the Center
for Sports Training and Competition in Bac Giang
province; as a result, applying these measures to
improve the effectiveness of training activities
for research subjects.
