Abstract

Using conventional scientific research
methods in the field of physical education and sports,
we proceed to build a model of an extracurricular
sports club to develop physical fitness for grade 11
students. Loc Thanh - Bao Lam - Lam Dong high
school to realize the goal of step by step promoting
and improving the quality of physical education
work of the school
