Abstract

 Based on theory and practice, along
with basic scientific research methods in physical
education and sports, we have assessed the actual
situation of teaching and selected 07 measures to
improve the quality of teaching Volleyball as the
elective subject for second-year male students
of Thai Nguyen University of Information and
Communication Technology to develop their
physical strength.
