Abstract
Based on theory and practical
experience, along with basic scientific research
methods in the field of Physical Education and
Sports, we have selected 22 exercises and 07
standard tests to evaluate the endurance and
speed level for male students of the Martial Arts
Club of the People's Security Academy. The initial
application of the selected exercises for 3 months
has shown positive effects in developing endurance
and speed for the study group.
