Abstract
By using conventional methods in
Physical Education and Sports, the study has
selected 06 exercises to develop the speed of
movement for female students of the Badminton
Club at the University of Physical Education and
Training. Hanoi Sports. The study applied these
exercises in 15 weeks of training according to the
teaching plan at the Badminton club, the research
subjects, the results showed that there was a
significant development of speed of movement,
contributing to improving performance in sports.
