Abstract
Using scientific research methods,
including document analysis and synthesis,
interviews, focus group discussions, and statistical
mathematical methods, we selected 22 exercises and
4 standardized tests to evaluate the effectiveness
of advanced volleyball teaching for students at
Hanoi University of Science and Technology. By
applying and evaluating the selected exercises,
the experimental group demonstrated significantly
better volleyball proficiency compared to the
control group with a significance level of P < 0.05.
Thus, the chosen exercises proved to be highly
effective in enhancing the teaching of volleyball
for students at Hanoi University of Science and
Technology.
