Abstract

Through research, we have
selected three effective teaching and learning
methods for physical education for students at
Vinh Medical University, based on both
theoretical foundations and practical
considerations. Simultaneously, we have
developed the content of these methods to
enhance the effectiveness of teaching and
learning physical education for students. This
contribution aims to improve the effectiveness
and quality of physical education at Vinh
Medical University.
