Abstract

Summary: FMS (Functional Movement
Screen) system is a system for measuring the
risk of sports injuries for athletes including 7
tests, each test of the FMS system will check the
risk of injury and the athlete's remaining
injuries in one or more of the athlete's joints.
Research results aim to provide information
and enrich the database on the trauma
situation, contribute to statistics, find out the
rules and characteristics of injuries of athletes
of Vovinam Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby
contributing to improving the quality of
physical training and preventing and
minimizing injuries for athletes in the later
stages.
