Abstract

Using scientific research methods in
Sports, the research selected 3 morphological
indexes and 12 tests to evaluate the physical
strength and technique of athletes of the Ho Chi
Minh City U16 women’s football team. Through
testing the actual morphological, physical strength
and technical status of the Ho Chi Minh City
U16 women’s soccer team athletes show that the
performance status of the physical assessment
indicators is uniform; 5/6 physical tests have high
uniformity and 1/6 physical tests have average
uniformity and 4/6 technical tests have high
uniformity, 2/6 tests have average uniformity. The
average value of all tests is representative of the
sample set, except for the standard passing test with
the dominant foot (kick) which is not representative
of the sample set.
