Abstract
Utilizing standard scientific research
methods in Physical Education and Sports, the
study examined the current state of physical
education for 10th-grade students at Lương The
Vinh High School in Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh
Province, focusing on aspects such as the physical
education curriculum and the use of active
teaching methods, the status of physical education
teachers, infrastructure, academic performance
in physical education, and the fitness level of the
students. Based on the findings, the study proposed
the application of elective sports to enhance the
physical fitness of the 10th-grade students at
Lương The Vinh High School in Cam Pha City,
Quang Ninh Province.
