Abstract
Based on a survey of 325 first- and
second-year students at Quang Ninh Medical
College, we have selected 06 solutions to improve
the effectiveness of Physical Education for school
students. The initial application of selected
solutions in practice and effective evaluation
shows that the selected solutions have been highly
effective in improving the effectiveness of physical
education for students. The effectiveness of the
solutions is clearly shown in the fitness growth
rate of the experimental group which is much
better than that of the control group in all tests, the
difference is from 0.36 to 1.39%.
