Abstract
Assessing the physical fitness
development of male students at the People’s
Security Academy during the academic year 20232024
is essential. This research aims to select
measures to enhance physical education within
the academy, subsequently evaluating the physical
fitness development of these male students.
This evaluation will identify the strengths and
weaknesses in the current training practices of the
research subjects. This will provide a foundation
for developing training programs, instruction,
and organizing physical fitness development
within the Public Security Forces in general and
at the People’s Security Academy in particular.
