Abstract

Using regular scientific research methods,
there are 6 groups of solutions to improve the efficiency
of the physical performance for students in
Nguyen
Hue high school, Yen Bai province.
Initially
applying the selected solution groups in
practice
and assessing the efficiency and results,
the
selected solution groups have been highly
effective in improving the physical strength of the
research subjects.
