Abstract

The article is based on the results of analyzing
the current situation of teaching physical education
(PE) at Phu Yen University and has identified 05
professional solutions to overcome the shortcomings
and limitations in the physical education work.
From here, the author conducted the experimental
application of 05 solutions and evaluated the
efficiency of such experimental application. The
results show that the post-experimental measurement
criteria tended to be better than the evaluation at
the time of the third semester of the 2015 - 2016
school year. This proves that the 05 proposed
experimental solutions have had some initial
impacts and has had a positive effect on improving
the quality of teaching physical education at Phu
Yen University at the current period.
