Abstract
Using conventional scientific research
methods, 05 measures were selected to improve
the learning efficiency of swimming for students
at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and
Environment. The application of the selected
measures in practice and the evaluation of
their effectiveness show that these measures
were highly effective in improving the learning
efficiency of swimming for the research subjects
