Abstract

Vietnamese sports medicine was
introduced to Vietnam in the 1980s of the twentieth
century. Up to now, there has not been a system of
legal institutions and systems: facilities, equipment,
training and use of human resources, as well as
no regulations on conditions for professional
practice nationwide. This prevents sports medicine
from integrating into national health networks
and international sports medicine networks. In
which, human resources for sports medicine lack
the training system, are weak in quality, and lack
in quantity. By surveying the current status of the
sports medicine system, the training and use of
human resources for sports medicine; Based on the
sports development strategy to 2030 and vision to
2035; Project on development of sports resources
and talents to 2030; We propose and forecast
03 stages of development of sports medicine
human resources corresponding to 03 stages of
development of sports medicine network system. It
is expected that by 2030, the sports medicine system
will have 04 levels with 12,371 staffs working in
the field of traditional medicine, including 11,451
trained staffs with a degree in sports medicine
biomedical with 300 sports medicine doctors;
Completing legal procedures, standard conditions
for biomedical practice in sports medicine.
