Abstract

Based on theory and practice, along
with basic scientific research methods in the field
of physical education and sports, we have selected
05 tests to assess the strength and speed training
level of martial arts students at the Border Guard
Academy, and developed evaluation standards for
the selected tests for the research subjects.
