Abstract
The study uses exploratory factor
analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis
(CFA) to standardize the Vietnamese version of
the soft skills assessment scale (KNM) from the
original English version of UMJ. 180 students
of the Pedagogical Faculty of Dong Nai
University participated in this experiment.
Research results have determined a soft skills
assessment scale for pedagogical students at
Dong Nai University including 7 skills: positive
attitude, communication skills, adaptive skills,
time management and Energy, work ethic,
problem-solving and analytical skills,
leadership and teamwork skills were initially
integrated into 5 groups with 18 observed
variables with the necessary and appropriate
reliability. To conduct a large-scale survey: (1)
adaptability (KNTU), (2) analytical and
problem-solving skills (GQVD), (3) work ethic
(DDLV), (4) time management (QLTG) and (5)
positive attitude (TDTC). The research results
provide authentic evidence about the reliability
and suitability of the Vietnamese version of the
scale to assess soft skills for pedagogical
students at Dong Nai University.
