Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to the mass mobilization affair, everything must be based on the people, for the benefit of the people, and relied on the great power of the people to build and protect the country. Over the past 94 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always identified mass mobilization affairs as a very important, great significant part which decides the victory of the revolutionary cause. The Vietnam People's Army has always been exemplary in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies on mass mobilization work. Throughout the process of building, fighting and growing, our army has always been trusted, protected and embraced by the people, creating the great strength of an army that is always victorious
