Abstract

The palm-leaf manuscript is part of  “The Sutra Buddhist” which are belong popular Theravada Buddhist system of Theravada Buddhism in Southeast Asia and South Asia, mainly from India to Cambodia and then into Vietnam through the migration process. The palm-leaf manuscript in An Giang is mainly distributed in 29 Khmer pagodas, the “Từ Ân hiếu nghĩa” filial piety religion in Tri Tôn and Tịnh Biên districts; The palm-leaf manuscript is preserved naturally in many different ways and is in danger of being “lost” and “damaged”. Preserving and promoting the value of this rare historical resource is a task that needs to be paid attention and drastically implemented in An Giang
