Abstract

Promoting the role of ethnic minorities is one of the key factors in bringing about sustainable efficiency in socio-economic development and the cause of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam in general and in Central Highlands provinces in particular. This article indicates the important role and position of promoting the role of ethnic minorities in the industrialization and modernization process in the Central Highlands, thereby suggesting directions for the core mission
