Abstract

In October 1947, President Ho Chi Minh finished writing the work “Modifying the way of working” under the pen name X.Y.Z. The work has mentioned important issues of Party building and rectification in terms of ideology, organization, methods and methods of leadership and mass work in the condition that the country performs the task of resistance war, national construction. In which, self-criticism and criticism are the content mentioned by President Ho Chi Minh throughout the work.
