DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

Digital transformation is considered as one of the top concerns of the Government, agencies and businesses in Vietnam. In fact, digital transformation has taken place strongly in recent years in many units, and universities in Vietnam are no exception to this trend. National digital transformation programs and projects have also set great tasks and responsibilities for higher education institutions. The article analyzes the content and assurance conditions for digital transformation in higher education; Benefits of digital transformation in higher education; The role of higher education institutions in digital transformation and the difficulties and challenges posed. On that basis, some solutions are proposed to promote the digital transformation process in higher education institutions and contribute to improving the digital transformation capacity of higher education institutions in Vietnam today
