Thiết kế khuôn viên xanh trong các cơ sở giáo dục đại học và các tác động về môi trường, kinh tế, chính sách đối với Việt Nam
Abstract
This article analyzes the "green campus" model at Vietnamese universities, integrating sustainable infrastructure, resource management, and environmental education. Currently, green transformation faces many obstacles due to limited funding and space constraints in high-density urban areas. In reality, many universities still fall below 50% of the UI GreenMetric standard. To implement effectively, the author proposes a phased implementation strategy. Universities should start with low-cost solutions such as upgrading LED lighting and water systems before moving on to larger projects through public-private partnerships (PPP). In particular, campuses should be transformed into "living laboratories" to enhance awareness and capacity building for all students and faculty.
