Abstract

In the context of a rapidly developing digital economy, blockchain has become one of the key technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, widely applied in finance, manufacturing, services, and government administration. The global blockchain market is estimated to reach US$500 billion by 2030, with significant contributions to global GDP. In Vietnam, the blockchain market is developing rapidly, with blockchain applications in finance, such as payments, digital assets, and startups, achieving remarkable success. This article analyzes the development of blockchain technology globally, the management policies and applications in various countries, and draws implications for Vietnam.
