Abstract

This paper analyzes international experiences in deploying artificial intelligence virtual assistants in businesses and government agencies, focusing on application models, technical architecture, and deployment conditions. It clarifies the trend of shifting from traditional chatbots to virtual assistants integrating large language models and augmented reality models, while highlighting quantitative and qualitative benefits in productivity, management efficiency, and knowledge sharing. Based on international experience and the Vietnamese context, the study analyzes the applicability of AI virtual assistants at EVNHANOI, clarifying the readiness of infrastructure, data, and security requirements. The paper proposes a deployment direction for AI virtual assistants towards internalization, on-site deployment, refinement of the Vietnamese language model, and application of a functional testing roadmap, aiming to effectively support operations and promote sustainable digital transformation in state-owned power enterprises.
