Abstract

In the context of the rapidly developing knowledge-based economy, the focus on developing human resources in general, and human resources in vocational education institutions in particular, is increasingly important. In response to this need, this article focuses on evaluating the quality of human resources at West Saigon College during the period 2023- 2025. Based on this, the study proposes solutions for developing human resources at West Saigon College in the coming period.
